The Next of Kin Avenue
History: | After the First World War the Imperial Order Daughters of the Empire (I.O.D.E.) across Canada created Memorial Avenues in cemeteries as living,
tree-lined memorials to honour the fallen of their communities. The Next of Kin Avenue in Saskatoon’s Woodlawn Cemetery is the only intact example.
